Bus stop is right on 224!
Park City Peaks Hotel is a skier’s hotel with convenient location midway between Canyons and Park City. If you don’t want to rent a car and are using the free Park City bus system, this is THE place to stay. The only hotel in town with a bus stop on the property. It’s covered by the property roof and if you get cold waiting you just walk the 10 ft. to the front door of the hotel and wait there!
The hotel caters to skiers with an indoor ski “locker” (room w/ski racks) and complimentary garage parking. Several ski groups were there while I was there, and I can see why. They offer multiple group gathering areas, so if someone in your room is an early riser and you’re a late nighter, there is a place to hang out on each floor. Of course there is always the inhouse sports bar! There is a comfortable sitting area in the lobby with a fireplace with someone frequently cozied up there. They offer a convenient inhouse restaurant and you can opt for breakfast included or not. Get there early for breakfast as those first chair folks are lined up at 7 am! Very congenial staff, daily housekeeping.

The rooms are older decor and carpeted floors, unit insert showers, (don’t expect flat screen tv’s) but comfortable beds. Indoor/outdoor pool with swim-through; large 15 person hot tub. It’s a great bang for your buck lodging option if you’re in town primarily to ski!
